Bringing all ITS service requests together in one place.
The myFSU Service Center enhancement project provides a single platform for campus users to request services and report problems to ITS. By consolidating the various ways to submit technology service requests, students, faculty, staff and external vendors can make all requests in one place with one form.
Starting July 1, 2024, users can use myFSU Service Center to submit requests for all billable and nonbillable technology services.
Why?
ITS is committed to continuously improving how our customers request and receive support for technology services. This project officially retires legacy systems that could pose future security risks and replaces them with a more secure, streamlined system.
How?
Through dynamic integrations, ITS will improve our business processes. Our customers no longer need different forms or processes for various ITS services. Instead, they use one form in myFSU Service Center for all requests and repairs, further improving the user experience. This new method replaces the Technology Service Request (TSR) and Repair Request (RN) forms.
