The university announcements website pulls together campus updates in one place, then sends weekly emails—one to students and one to faculty and staff—highlighting the latest announcements and featured events. From notable notes to important reminders, university announcements make it easy to share and keep up with campus happenings.

- Subject: “University Announcements"
- Description: Provide a brief description of your request
- Use Attach a File to provide approval from your dean, director, department head, or vice president designating you as a contributor for your college or department.

Designees must have departmental approval from a dean, director, department head or vice president to be granted access to announcements.fsu.edu. Each announcement must include an approval statement from a dean, director, department head or vice president before being posted to announcements.fsu.edu.
Weekly announcement emails send every Thursday unless the university is closed.
Announcements and events must be submitted by the close of business Tuesday to be included in that week’s announcement email.
