Overview
The University provides Internet/Network access for all University affiliates on-campus, including wired high-speed Ethernet, Residence Halls network access (ResNet), campus-wide wireless (see Related Services), and educational connections on Florida Lambda Rail (FLR) and National Lambda Rail (NLR). Some devices such as game consoles, smart TVs and streaming devices will need to be registered to access the network. For more information on Network Registration, see Request this Service.

Additional Information
Internet Partnerships: Institutions, private companies and nonprofit organizations partnered to provide high-speed research and educational connections.
- Internet2 - Internet2 is a cooperative effort of over 180 member institutions working together with private member companies and non-profit organizations to build a new high-speed national network.
- Florida LambdaRail (FLR) - The Florida LambdaRail, LLC (FLR) was created to facilitate advanced research, education, and economic development activities in the State of Florida, utilizing next generation network technologies, protocols, and services
NOTES:
- The device registration pages cannot be accessed by using a non-FSU network.
- Gaming systems may be registered to use the wired Residence Hall network (Ethernet) only, and are not supported on the wireless networks (FSUSecure or FSUGuest).
- Employee devices registered on camreg will not work in the residence halls. Student devices registered on resreg will not work outside of the residence halls.
- The same device cannot be registered at both resreg.its.fsu.edu and camreg.its.fsu.edu.
- Device registrations are valid until the end of each summer semester. Registrations will be deleted between the summer and fall semesters and must be renewed every year.
