Overview
Transform big data into next-generation intelligence. GPU Computing supports graphical processing unit (GPU) jobs to access massive computing power. FSU researchers can access an increasing number of compute nodes equipped with GPUs via the High Performance Computing cluster managed by the ITS Researching Computing Center. GPUs are especially salient in the machine learning, artificial intelligence and data science domains, and many scientific applications and libraries—including CUDA, TensorFlow and PyTorch—are designed to take advantage of GPU processors. If you need even more power, add on the RCC GarnetCache service to your virtual machine for even faster solid-state storage. This service is provided exclusively for FSU researchers to support grant-funded research activities.
