Overview

As FSU transitions to a new phone services provider, some service offerings will no longer be available to new users, though ITS will continue to support these services for current users until the new systems are in place. We appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance and modernize university communication systems.

It is all in the cloud. RingCentral provides a secure call center experience without the hassle of complex office hardware. Hosted over the internet, RingCentral allows call centers to help customers quickly and efficiently from anywhere. RingCentral is currently being used by some university departments but has the capability to expand to all university call centers.
