FAQs
How do I order multiple items?
Currently, only one item per order is allowed. You will need to submit multiple orders if you want to purchase multiple items.
Is my gift tax-deductible?
Partially. After your gift is processed, you will be emailed a tax receipt. Since you are receiving gear in exchange for your gift, the gear’s fair market value will reduce the gift’s tax credit according to federal tax regulations.
Below is the fair market value of each item:
- Black or anthracite Franchise polo: $25
- Garnet or gold Coach Stripe polo: $30
- Backpack: $35
Where can I pick up my gear?
If you live in the Tallahassee area, you can pick up your gear at the FSU Technology Services Building front desk (1721 W Paul Dirac Drive, Tallahassee). The Culture & Engagement (C&E) team will work with teams and supervisors to coordinate pickups at team meetings—connect with Kathy Wilkes, Sara Mischler or Kaylee Andrews for alternate arrangements!
If you work outside of the Tallahassee area, we will send your gear to the address you provide in the order form.
When can I pick up my gear?
Your gear will be available by mid-October. When ready, Kathy Wilkes will notify you via email that your gear is ready for pickup.
