What is protected in Google for Education?

As part of Florida State University’s partnership with Google for Education, certain platforms are protected under our agreement. These include: Gemini, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, Chat, Sites, Keep, NotebookLM, Tasks and Contacts.

What is not protected in Google for Education?

The following tools are not included in FSU’s Google data protection agreement. They will not be available in FSU Google accounts and should not be used to store or transmit university data: Gmail, Calendar, Translate, YouTube, Classroom and Earth.
