Overview
Sometimes tests just need to be given on paper. Testing form scans use optical-mark (bubble sheet) testing forms to help ensure the integrity of paper-bases tests and surveys. The Office of Digital Learning offers manual scanning services of scantron forms through the FSU Testing Center, converting paper-based, multiple-choice exams and surveys into useable data. Using the web-based scanning job tracking system, departments and instructors can order forms, see scores, and view and download test data.
