A Stellar Tech Checklist

With the summer coming to an end, the fall semester is just around the corner. FSU Information Technology Services has made it our mission to prepare students for an epic semester ahead. 

The Tech Checklist serves as your go-to guide for all things FSU tech. From connecting to campus Wi-Fi to enrolling in classes, the Tech Checklist is here to help you. Students can access the checklist in the myFSU Mobile app by selecting the Student persona and navigating to the My Tools tab. The checklist not only walks students through setting up their devices but also highlights the resources and services available through ITS. 

As you progress through the checklist, each item provides a small tidbit of information about the service and a link to learn more. If you are looking for an overview of each item, check out the New Students webpage.  

Students who complete all the items on the Tech Checklist by Friday, August 29, 2025, will be entered for a chance to win a Rocketbook—a one-of-a-kind reusable spiral notebook, perfect for students on the go. To enter the contest, students must select the “Enter to Win” button at the end of the checklist and sign in with their FSU email. Students can also share the checklist via X or Facebook for additional entries.
