Webform 2.0 is now live for you to try out!
Requesting a service and reporting a problem just got easier. Our Digital Experience and Transformation team has made an upgrade to the “What do you need help with?” section when submitting a case in the myFSU Service Center. This update will help users be able to easily find the service related to what they are asking for without having to scroll through lists of options.
Webform 2.0 is currently in a soft launch phase, and we would encourage you to try using it now. This update grants access to a new search function that populates not only by exact word match but also keywords. For example, if you were to type in the keyword “MFA,” it would suggest “2FA (DUO)”, as it is associated with that service offering.
We understand that when you need help, you want the simplest process possible. Webform 2.0 will not only make things simpler on users but also on us to ensure that the right team gets your request. Although our main launch is not until the end of June you can be one of the first people to try the new webform at servicecenter.fsu.edu.
