STF Status Report

Tuesday 03/18/2025

Starting this spring, ITS will be requesting Student Technology Fee (STF) grant recipients to fill out a status report every six months until the completion of the project. This survey will be used to help update the Student Technology Fee Committee on how projects are going and help to find additional ways to fund innovative projects moving forward.

This March, grant recipients from the 2023/2024 funding cycle will receive an automated email asking them to complete the ‘Tech Fee Status Report’ form. Moving forward from the 2024/2025 cycle onward, grant recipients will receive the form every June and December until the completion of their project. The link in the email is a unique link that will be tied to the specific project. This form will request information on the start and end date of the project, how much was awarded, how much has been spent, any support documentation and any additional information that can be provided.

The purpose of these status reports is to help ensure the FSU community gets the most out of the Student Technology Fee grant program. The STF grant program has provided cutting edge technology across campus that enhances the student learning experience. As we continue to receive more applications each year, we want to stay aware of past projects and where we can be of help to ensure that all funding is being used efficiently.
