​​ITS Launches Google AI Certificate For National AI Literacy Day​

 

On March 27, Florida State University’s Information Technology Services (ITS) launched the Google AI Professional Certificate as part of National AI Literacy Day. This certificate is free for all students, faculty and staff as part of the Google AI for Education Accelerator program. This curriculum, designed in partnership with Google, helps the FSU community maximize AI for research, data analysis, coding and more through hands-on learning.  

FSU is committed to preparing students, faculty and staff for ethical and effective engagement with artificial intelligence in higher education, the workforce and everyday life. By integrating AI into established processes, the FSU community can unlock new levels of productivity and innovation. However, it is important to first understand AI’s functions, limitations and best practices to support, not replace, learning.
