Back in May 2022, Florida State University began the process of upgrading all student emails to @fsu.edu. In December, ITS will wipe out all data stored in the CAMP email type for active students and replace it with the NOLE email type; as a result, all @my.fsu.edu email addresses stored in CAMP will be replaced with @fsu.edu emails and all active students and employees will have matching emails in CAMP and NOLE.  

If your department is currently using third-party applications, you will need to take action to ensure that your department’s custom applications continue to function properly once this update is complete.  

Examples of affected applications include anything using CAS sign-in page or myFSU BI integrations. 

If you believe your department has an application that will be affected by the official cleanup of the CAMP email type, reach out to your IT manager to look at your third-party application code and find out if this is going to affect you. If you are using a third-party app to send email notifications, do account matching or if you have any code using @my, you must update the application and code to use the NOLE email type OR submit a ticket requesting a crosswalk file of new email addresses.
