Justin Jacobs
Assistant Director of Athletics Information Technology
Justin Jacobs oversees IT governance and project management within the Department of Athletics. He leads the team responsible for all the technology used for in-venue entertainment and the live broadcast of FSU athletic events. His team collaborates with coaches, student athletes and fans to deliver IT solutions that support the university's Division I programs.
Justin has over 15 years of experience in information technology, with an emphasis on information security and cloud computing.
Justin earned his bachelor's degree from West Virginia University.
Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time with his family, playing video games, longboarding and cooking.
I am most proud of the culture I have created within Athletics for the technology staff to thrive and where students are able to become IT professionals.
