Jeff Latimer
Director of FSU Health
Jeff serves as the Director of FSU Health, where he oversees IT operations for the College of Medicine and FSU Health research and clinical operations. Under his leadership, Jeff and his team have developed the IT framework to support the mission and goals of the FSU Health initiative.
Jeff has more than 25 years of experience in the technology field. He began working at the College of Medicine in 2012 as a business analyst and project manager before taking on progressive leadership roles. Previous roles include working on the team responsible for developing phone and internet banking for Bank of America and developing a benefits enrollment platform for the Fringe Benefits Management Company to service clients in the southeastern United States.
Jeff graduated from the FSU College of Business with a Bachelor of Science degree in management information systems.
Outside of work, Jeff enjoys boating, camping, hiking and traveling with family and practices Krav Maga.
It is an honor to get to work in support of the mission of FSU Health and the College of Medicine. It gives me great joy to know that we’ve put in place a technology foundation that provides new and existing doctors, physician assistants and researchers the tools they need to be successful and efficient in their work caring for patients and performing research.
