Effective Communication

Effective Communication

This training will provide ITS employees with the knowledge to communicate clearly and appropriately with their colleagues and customers. The courses cover valuable skills, such as effective listening and working with difficult people.

These courses are recommended for all ITS staff members, and ITS encourages taking time to complete the self assessment and goal setting exercises to get the most out of this training.
