Establish Your Affiliation To Get Your EMPLID

Affiliation	How To Find Your EMPLID
You must know your EMPLID to activate your FSUID account
Faculty & Staff	EMPLIDs are provided to faculty and staff by their HR department representative or supervisor during or upon completion of the hiring process. Find more info by using the "View FSUID Account Info" link below.
Retiree	Please contact Human Resources for your EMPLID at (850) 644-6034 or hr@admin.fsu.edu.
Applicants & Prospective Students (Temporary Guest FSUID)	To apply, you will first need to register for an account (previous applicants and alumni do not need to re-register). The email address you register with will become your temporary FSUID username. Once registered, you will receive an email explaining the activation process and your EMPLID. Download the Activation Guide for detailed instructions
Current Student (Permanent FSUID)	EMPLIDs are sent to the email address you provided during the registration process. Once accepted as a student, you will need to activate a new (permanent) FSUID that will replace your temporary FSUID username.
Alumni	You must contact the Registrar’s Office at 850-644-1050 or by webform to obtain your EMPLID.

Reset my password*	If you have forgotten or need to reset your FSUID password, this link will direct you to the password reset page.
Forgot FSUID?	Use the FSUID lookup tool.
View FSUID Info	This link will direct you to the FSU Identity Management information page where you will find your FSUID, EMPLID and FSUSN. This info is also available in Blackboard on the "Tools" menu under "FSUID."
Trouble logging in?	Get assistance with your login or web browser.

* It may take up to 24 hours for your FSUID account to be updated in all systems.
