Internet/Network Access (Off Campus)

On behalf of the Florida State University, Information Technology Services contracts with internet service providers (including Comcast and CenturyLink) to provide off-campus internet access and equipment (DSL, cable, data circuits, etc.) for departments. This includes faculty and staff residential access for work-related purposes and off-campus offices.

  • Place an order with the following information:
    • Services: Data Circuits > Off-Campus Internet
    • Details of Request:
      • Address where the service is desired
      • Account number as it appears on your department's invoice (for disconnections or changes to service)

Additional Information

If you are an employee working from home and need to access restricted FSU sites or systems that require the on-campus network, it is recommended that you use the VPN (Virtual Private Network).
