Remote Assistance

Bomgar, Florida State University's remote assistance application, allows technicians to troubleshoot computers and other devices by accessing them remotely-at anytime from anywhere. All sessions are double-encrypted and comply with Florida State's privacy policy and public record requirements. Technicians request user permission to start a remote support session, and all access is removed once the session is completed. Sessions are recorded for quality purposes, and 24/7 support is available. Bomgar is used by several university groups, including Information Technology Services, College of Business, and the FSU Police Department.
