You must be an active FSU student or employee to host a Zoom meeting, but anyone invited with a meeting link or personal meeting ID can attend your meetings.

If you already have a Zoom account registered under your FSU email, you can merge your account with an FSU account. Some accounts will be eligible for refunds.

There is no charge for this service.

Follow the instructions below to access this service:

  1. Visit the FSU zoom portal at fsu.zoom.us
  2. Click Sign in
  3. Enter your FSUID and password
  4. You will be taken to your profile page
  5. Take note of your Personal Meeting ID
  6. Use the Settings tab to customize your meeting preferences

The Zoom desktop app will download automatically when you start or join your first Zoom meeting. Settings can be customized in the desktop app.

The Zoom desktop app, mobile app and plug-ins are also available for manual download at fsu.zoom.us/download.
