Cyberheroes Take Home HP Laptops

Three individuals at Florida State University went home with new laptops last week. And the winners—Dana Wheeler, Benjamin Goodrich and Jeff Norcini—each know a thing or two about how to keep their new device secure.

The laptop giveaway was organized by Information Technology Services (ITS) to promote National Cyber Security Awareness Month and encourage individuals to make smart decisions online. FSU students, faculty and staff were invited to play the Cyberhero game to test their cybersecurity savviness and be entered for a chance to win one of three HP Chromebook 13 laptops. The laptops, donated by Hewlett Packard (HP) in support of Florida State University’s cybersecurity initiative, were a welcomed reward to the winners.
