We are listening and care about your perceptions and technology needs.
In 2019, ITS began a Voice of the Community (VOC) campaign to engage the FSU community and communicate to the students, faculty and staff we serve that we are listening and care about their perceptions of our organization. The original VOC campaign sought to appreciate the current climate towards ITS and understand the expectations of technology used throughout FSU. Following the initial campaign, smaller-scale VOC studies have occurred to deep dive into specific technology topics of interest. Findings from each study can be explored below.
