Charlotte Souffront-Garcia

Program Director of Business Relationship Management

Charlotte serves as the liaison between ITS and the Division of Student Affairs (DSA) and is responsible for building and maintaining relationships at both the tactical and strategic levels. During the last year and a half, Charlotte has lead the COVID Technology Response Team at FSU, working with individuals across different departments to streamline technical requirements, increase efficiencies and produce tangible deliverables for the good of the FSU community.

Prior to joining the ITS team, Charlotte mastered client relations working as an account manager for a third-party benefit administrator and as assistant director of operations for the FSU Center for Academic and Professional Development.

Charlotte served as the co-chair of the Hispanic/Latinx Student Life Task Force formed in October of 2020. The task force explored ways to better connect and create lasting resources for Hispanic/Latinx students. She has served as the advisor of the Puerto Rican Student Association since June of 2020.

Charlotte is an FSU alumna with a Bachelor of Arts in international affairs with a focus on political science. She is currently working on her Master of Science in Information Technology.

Away from work, Charlotte loves spending time with her husband, three children and rescue dogs. You will likely find her at the beach or traveling for competitive soccer games.
