Chief Information Officer and Associate Vice President
Jane Livingston serves as Florida State University’s chief information officer and associate vice president for Information Technology Services. Since joining FSU in March 2019, Jane has focused on creating a unified direction for ITS and strengthening campus relationships to support FSU’s strategic plan. Jane is responsible for information technology strategy, policies and services that support the University’s mission of teaching, learning, and research. She reports to the provost and executive vice president and the vice president for Finance & Administration.
Prior to FSU, Jane served as associate university CIO at Yale University, where she directed a team of IT professionals to support a wide array of research, learning, administrative and student systems.
She holds an MS in information management from Syracuse University and a BA in history and women's studies from Wichita State University.
