Screen sharing allows the Florida State technician to see and experience the issues reported by the end user, making it easy to fix or guide the user through the task at hand.

All sessions are double-encrypted and comply with Florida State's privacy policy and public record requirements. Technicians request user permission to start a remote support session, and all access is removed once the session is completed. Sessions are recorded for quality purposes, and 24/7 support is available. Bomgar also offers screen-sharing, file transfer, chat functionality, reporting and integration with the FSU active directory. Licensing can be shared among several support staff.
