If you are experiencing any issues with your myFSU emails please see if your issue is listed below. If you continue to experience any issues, please submit a case to the ITS Service Desk at http://servicecenter.fsu.edu or call 850-644-HELP.
- If your mailbox appears empty. Please make sure you're using https://outlook.com/my.fsu.edu to sign into myFSU.
- If emails you send appear to come from a @live.com email address On Behalf Of your @my.fsu.edu email address. Please make sure you're using https://outlook.com/my.fsu.edu to sign into myFSU.
- If you encounter an error that says "Sorry, but we're having trouble signing you in. Please try again in a few minutes. If this doesn't work, you might want to contact your admin and report the following error: 80048163" then please close your browser and reopen it. Navigate to https://outlook.com/my.fsu.edu and make sure that you sign in using your FULL myFSU email address (FSUID@my.fsu.edu).
