Outlook for Mac 2011

1) Open Outlook 2011 for Mac. From the Outlook menu, select Preferences... 2011-1
2) Click the Accounts icon 2011-2
3) Select Exchange or Office 365 2011-3

4) Enter the following information when prompted:

  • Email Address: fsuid@fsu.edu
  • Method: User Name and Password
  • User name: fsuid@fsu.edu
  • Password: FSUID Password

Check Configure automatically and then click Add Account. Outlook 2011 should be able to automatically configure itself using the information entered.

5) After a short period of time you may be presented with the notification window shown below. If you are, check Always use my response for this server and click Allow. 2011-5
