Winter Break Coverage/Email System Maintenance on December 27th, 2012

Florida State University will observe Winter Break from December 24, 2012 through January 1, 2013.

During the break, on Thursday, December 27th, 2012, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Information Technology Services (ITS) will update the faculty and staff email system. During this timeframe, intermittent connectivity issues may be experienced.

Anyone experiencing email-related issues on December 28th or 29th, should submit a case through the FSU Service Center Case Management System at http://servicecenter.fsu.edu or leave a message on the after-hours voicemail at 850-644-4357 (644-HELP).  Please include specific details and contact information for follow-up. Support Issues submitted on Friday, December 28 and Saturday, December 29 will be worked between 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. For the remainder of the winter break all emergency outages that require on-call assistance from ITS can be reported to 850-644-4357(HELP) by following the voice prompts.  After-hours support information can be found at /Request-Support/AfterHours.
