Campus Software License Agreement

A Campus-wide agreement with Microsoft, Adobe, and McAfee for software, Enterprise Client Access Licenses, and operating system upgrades is in place for all University-owned computers. Software included in the agreement includes:.

Microsoft

  • Office Professional (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Word) - PC
  • Office Standard (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) - Mac
  • Microsoft Operating System Upgrades
  • Windows Servers (2008, 2008R2, 2012 Standard & Enterprise Editions)
  • Enterprise Client Access Licenses (CALs) for:
    • Microsoft Windows® Server
    • Microsoft Exchange Server
    • Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager
    • Microsoft SharePoint™ Portal Server 

Adobe

  • Acrobat Pro

McAfee

Key benefits provided to the University under this campus agreement include:

  • Upgrades for the software listed above is available for all FSU owned computers at no additional cost. Please contact your departmental IT staff for installation.
  • Campus-wide compliance with Microsoft, Adobe and McAfee software copyright/licensing requirements.
