FSUWIN

The FSUWIN is a local area network, allowing mobile users to connect to the Local Area Network (LAN) through a wireless connection. This service includes maintenance, design/ installation, authentication, device registration, and customer service.

Wireless connectivity is available in many classrooms, conference rooms, auditoriums, and other public areas.

Currently all Residence Halls have FSUWIN wireless access.

To connect to the FSUWIN, a laptop/mobile device must have a 802.11a/g or 802.11a/b/g wireless network card.

A user must also have their FSUID (or Guest FSUID) username and password to be able to login and gain access to the FSUWIN.

Note: Gaming systems may be registered to use the wired network (Ethernet) only, and are not supported on the wireless network (FSUWIN).
