ITS Services
	Employee Email* Your official employee email is automatically generated upon being hired.		Internet Service* Connect to FSUSecure (WiFi) and wired internet with your FSUID & password. Secured remote login to FSU's network is available via VPN

Request Service & Support
	Submit A Telecom Repair Request repairs for cable, phones, internet, or building access. For all other services, please use FSU Service Center		ITS Service Desk The first point of contact for all ITS orders, repairs, and cases
	Submit A Case* Submit a request for support through the FSU Service Center Case Management System for help and resolving campus issues		Directory Assistance Directories for departments, faculty & staff, and & students* at the University
