Email Recipient Error

Here at The Florida State University we have recently undergone some major changes with our email services. Students and alumni with an @fsu.edu email address were given @my.fsu.edu email accounts. This likely may be causing the bounce back error you're receiving if you are certain you're using the correct email.

As a solution, please try using the same identifier before the @ symbol in the person's email, and replacing @fsu.edu with @my.fsu.edu; as an example, you would replace abc123a@fsu.edu with abc123a@my.fsu.edu. If that doesn't solve the bounceback error, and you have an FSUID and Password with FSU, you can attempt to search the Student Directory by logging into Blackboard(click here) and in the top right hand corner, select Student Directory on the top down menu and type in the name of the student you're attempting to contact.
