Video Conferencing

Technology Service and Support has a conference room set up with IP Videoconferencing equipment

(Polycom Viewstation). We are currently connecting to other Videoconferencing sites with IP using the Internet and Internet II. The rooms can accommodate a maximum of 15 & 50 people. To reserve the Videoconferencing room, get rates, or for a more in depth description of what we offer please submit an order.Place an Order to receive an estimate
 

NOTE: Video Conferences must be requested at least ten (10) business days in advance. If ISDN is requested we can investigate bridging companies. A two (2) week notice is required for this request.

Video Conference Room Rates

Rate Includes usage of our Conference Room (room 150 or 224) located in the Rod K. Shaw Bldg. and an on-site technician:

FSU has discontinued the ISDN lines for videoconferencing. If you need to make an ISDN call we can investigate bridging companies at that time with a 2 week notice.

Technical/Billing Requirements
**Please note the following information on your order when reserving your conference:
1. Date of Conference
2. Time of day (EST)
3. Date and Time of test call (preferably the day before the actual conference)
4. Type of call? (IP only - ISDN with 2 week notice to set up bridge with vendor)
5. If you initiate the call into us (we provide the number you dial into); or If we initiate the call into your site (you provide us with the number)
6. Number of people on-site
7. Speed requirement
8. On-site address, contacts and contact number, and technical contact.
9. Billing contact name and address
