Reduce Spam and Receive Official Email!

Information Technology Services is offering instructions to assist in configuring email client programs to avoid unwanted email and ensure that official FSU email is received.

ITS has updated and expanded its Frequently Asked Questions web pages to include instructions on managing ‘Safe Senders’ lists for popular email clients, including Outlook, Thunderbird, and Mac Mail. These can be found in the section titled “How to filter FSU email”. 

From the FAQ Home page, you can search all categories, or narrow your list using the categories on the left menu. For other information about spam, check out additional FAQs.
